The Following must be met for admission into the Firefighters Homering. Please read all Information within this page if you wish to become a ring member.

Please read the Following carefully.

Qualifications

1. The Site must be of Fire, Police or Ems related

2. The Site may be a Personal Homepage of the above or

3. Fire, Ems or Police Dept Website.

4. *Must have a valid Webmaster &/or Site Email address.*

5. Must place the Ring Graphics directly on your site. (Graphics must be directly loaded on your site, &  maintained properly to remain as a Ring Member. )

6. DO NOT LINK RING GRAPHICS DIRECTLY TO THIS SITE, THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP!

7. No Adult/Child Related Porn Sites shall be admitted!! Your Email & IP Address will submitted to the Proper Authorities.

8. The Website must be "Family Friendly" or have a Warning of ANY graphic photos/materials.

8.  No "Links Only" Sites will be admitted unless authorized & approved by the Ringmaster & or the 2nd Assist. Ringmaster.

 9. No Other Graphics shall/will be used for the Ring unless reviewed & authorized by the Ringmaster , Asst. Ringmaster or the 2nd Asst. Ringmaster

Email Notices:

((* The FF HomeRing uses EGroups for ALL Emails such as: Website Updates, Information of Interest, LODD Notices, etc.  If you choose to use a different Email address for the Group, other than the original Email submitted for the FF HomeRing, Please Email the Ringmaster , Asst. Ringmaster or the 2nd Asst. RM with Notification of a DIFFERENT EMAIL wishing to be used for EGroups.*))

The EGroups Email is mandatory for ALL Members.

Ring Rules & Conduct:

As a member of The Firefighters Homering, you are a representative of the FFHR, as well as any postings you make in the email groups. 

For this reason, there is a "code of conduct" that must be followed at all times.
A) Please conduct yourself in an "adult" manner at all times.

1) This includes using no abusive language*, and not entering into disagreements with others thru the email groups.

a) Should you have a problem with anyone in the Ring, you will try to handle the situation privately, involving no others in doing so. If you cannot come to a satisfactory solution, you will then report the problem to the 

Ringmaster , Assist. Ringmaster, or 2nd Asst. RM who will then attempt to settle the matter satisfactorily.

2) Please address all business in a professional manner, within the email groups, when answering questions or helping another member.

3) There will be no "flaming" and no abuse of anyone within the Ring, including posts to the email group.

a) If you have a problem concerning these things, 

you will report it to Ringmaster , Assist. Ringmaster or the 2nd Asst. RM
Should you be found in violation of these codes, you will be reprimanded only once. If, however you continue to violate the codes, you will be removed from the Email List. 

If this should continue, you will be removed from the Ring completely.

*abusive language = profanity said in anger, racial, sexual, religious slurs

4. Will not engage in Spam mail to any/all members of the ring, or the email group.
